As well as our extensive range of standard size stocked product, we also specialize in equipment built to customers specifications. Our expert engineers, welders and sheet metal workers build custom benches, racks, oven trays, muffin trays, cake tins etc.
As well as manufacturing our own bakery and pastry cooks' equipment and utensils, Carlyle also operates as a direct importer and an agent for other leading manufacturers here in Australia and around the world. Some baking oven brands we supply include Baxter rack ovens (built in the U.S.A) and Ultima deck ovens - built to Carlyle's high standards for a perfect bake for bread, pies or cakes.

Where do I begin with this fantastic company? These guys looked after us from day dot. They were available whenever I asked them any questions. They were helpful. Special shout out to James for his expertise and advice and constant attention. This is one of best company i have dealt with. Being in hospitality for 17 years i can assure your that the company delivers what it says. The consultants always looking after your business, understand the need of the business. They are not selling what best fro them but selling what best for your business. We have spent last 2-3 years dealing with them and James Curtis always comes thru for every need our business has.

Disgraceful aftersales service. Once it's out of warranty you better have deep pockets! Our refit has turned out to be a money pit. We asked for manual and diagram for one of our older ovens that they supplied because it need repairs, they told us all documentation had been destroyed once they stopped making it.... Who does that? Can never trust them again!

If your thinking of purchasing an oven without a doubt the worse oven i have used in my 35 years as a baker they have totally ignored my calls about concerns over the ultima 9 tray hearth oven from uneven stones to temp spikes upto 30 degrees over set temps door's not opening properly and ive been a customer of 30 years rubbish made in Taiwan not tha carslyle engineering of old best to stay away 30 thousand dollars wasted would have been better of using a microwave @!!!!!!
