Services
Our sales staff are most active and with the additional benefit of a sister company in Auckland, New Zealand cover the pacific region quite adeptly. We have recently built a Turnkey project on a green field site in Papua New Guinea for PepsiCo brand with over 6 million worth of equipment which runs non stop every day.
If your objectives are to increase throughput, eliminate quality problems associated with other methods of drying/blow-off, or significantly reduce energy costs, Splatts in conjuction with Sonics Air Systems will engineer a solution. In the highly competitive market of canned & bottled beverages, product packaging aesthetics is almost as important as the quality of the beverage that is inside.
Alongside our partner Steelhead, we can provide plants to suit your bulk water bottling needs. We have complete solutions for 11L and 15L water bottles along with any other configurations you require. These systems are compact and have standard features that are considered options in other competing models.
In conjuction with Tedelta Capping Solutions from Spain, we can supply the correct capping solution you require. From your small single head capping machine up to your large rotary machines we have you covered. We have all types of Capping machines for glass, PET, PVC etc including containers with screw caps.
As the local support for both CIME & Moravek fillers we have solutions for all your beer, soft drink, cider, sparkling wine and more filling requirements. The GOLD series machinery from CIME is designed for the bottling of carbonated products which are quite often unstable during the filling phase.

Report
At 2:25pm on 27 June 2021, near the Blackburn Road exit of the Monash Freeway, a man driving the company car (with splattengineering.com.au on the side) tailgated my car to within centimetres. I was in the left lane going 80 (the speed limit). A little girl was leaning on the cup-holder between the front seats without a seatbelt.
If I was a potential client, I would not want to give money to a company that recklessly endangers our community on the roads, and endangers children in particular.
