We carry the Solid Edge License, allowing us to transfer data to and from clients via the internet. This permits fast communication of design issues to be resolved.

SCH Engineering, situated in Clayton North, Victoria, comprises a highly skilled team of toolmakers and builders of special purpose machinery, jigs, fixtures, press tools and spare parts for a multitude of industries. Since that time SCH has become a Division of Harrison Engineering Pty Ltd, still offering its customers the same high standards in quality and efficiency.
SCH specialises in precision engineering, precision grinding and inspection. We are able to create high precision batch work or single high precision proto-types to your design specifications. We are also able to assist your design team. CNC Machining specialising in and including CNC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC Wirecutting and CNC EDM machines.
Here at SCH Engineering we provide the service of CNC Machining, CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control. Having CNC devices attached to our equipment allows us to acquire the precision that would other wise be impossible to achieve. We own two CNC Mazak Turning Machines. One being a 'Quick Turn 8 Mazak' for the smaller jobs with diameters to 160mm.
SCH Engineering specialise in precision engineering. We have access to a wide variety of precision grinding machines. Having a large number of grinding machines allows us to take on any job and complete it all in-house. We at SCH Engineering are proud to have all precision grinding tasks completed in-house, giving our clients peace of mind.
Tungsten carbide is classed as a hard sintered material. We produce special purpose tooling to your specifications by grinding, wire-cutting, spark erosion, cylindrical grinding, surface grinding or tool and cutter grinding. High polished finishes are achievable with this material. Our carbide suppliers are able to pre-form to your requirements to cut the cost of machining.
