All Paws Pet Resort is proud to offer a luxury cat hotel and cattery near Wyndham Vale in Melbourne. Located in Truganina and servicing nearby areas as well as other suburbs such as Caulfield, Malvern and Toorak, our cat accommodation in Melbourne offers individual walk in cat boarding pens with multiple levels for your cat.
Dogs must be vaccinated to C5, and cats to F3 as a pre-requisite of entry to All Paws. Current Vaccination Certificates are to be provided at the time of entry to our dog boarding kennels or cat boarding cattery. We offer hydrobathing on top of our dog boarding in Melbourne at $20. Long haired or matted dogs are $30.
I used All Paws Pet Resort years ago with my German Shepard and now more recently with my Bordoodle, Wilma. I can't speak highly enough of team and venue and recommend to friends regularly. As previously with our past dog, Wilma is always so excited to arrive and is much loved by all the staff. I feel much happier leaving her for her holiday at All Paws than if she if was at an indoor facility in the city.

Left my cat here for a week and came back to my cat smelling like pee, scared and shaking. Not adequate space for cats to move. Food, water and kitty litter next to each other so my cat lost weight. Constant sound of dogs barking. Good place for dogs but not cats. Staff were friendly and accomodating but the cattery needs to be updated.

Hmmm. I just need to trust my gut on this one. We dropped off 2 x greyhounds yesterday afternoon and picked them up this morning at 9:15am. We clipped their leads and muzzles on the cage door and made sure the staff knew they were registered racing dogs and had to be muzzled outside their kennels.
When we picked them up this morning, the muzzles were exactly how we left them. In the exact same spot. Either they didn't listen and didn't muzzle them when they let them out for the toilet (huge risk to small dogs) or they just didn't let them out for the toilet.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars because their kind of service does not even deserve 1 star. My friend left their cat for only a 3 day trip. When they got their cat back she had pee all over her so she smelled really bad that she needed a bath as soon as she got home. She looked malnourished and frightened. Her fur was really bad. She looked absolutely neglected. Do not understand how this kind of animal abuse is ever allowed. Please do the community a favour and shut your business down. Do not bring your pets here! If I brought my own cat here I would be absolutely livid. Disgusting.

Friendly staff who were very helpful both over the phone and face-to-face. Reasonably priced and the dog appears to have been well cared for. Only negative thing is that my dog didn't smell too good (i.e. he was quite dirty) when we picked him up. We did pay for a bath/grooming so I was expecting him to smell good when he came home. His paws were trimmed though so that was at least done.

We dropped our 1 year old boxer off at (All Paws Pet Resort in Truganina) for 8 days while we went overseas. We returned from overseas to find our poor dog was skin and bone, as you can see in the photos. After a stressful night of worrying about him and wondering whether we should rush him to an emergency vet at midnight, we took him straight to the vet the next morning to check his health was okay. The vet informed us we had a healthy dog, aside from him having lost 5+kg in 8 days. We also got blood results back that showed he had some kidney damage indicating dehydration. I have used the resort for 10 years.
It is great to know my dogs are always well cared for and happy when I return. Greg's attention to detail is amazing and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have dropped in unexpectedly several times and the dogs are always happy and have plenty of shade/ shelter and fresh water. My dogs get excited when they enter the property, knowing they are going back for a good time. It's a huge relief for me to know my dogs are happy, safe and well cared for when I am away.
