Very disappointed. I spent $250 there for myself and daughter. My nails were lumpy and after one day they looked like they already needed to be refilled. Rude people, nothing like the owners before. Also won’t take eftpos, only cash. Dodgy nails, dodgy business. Won’t be going back!

Taken over by new owners. Poor service. Had SNS done and after day 10, 3 of my nails broke. Went in to get them removed as I could tell the quality wasn't good. Was charged for having them removed, after I tried to explain that they were not done correctly in the first place. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Service moves at a glacial pace. Do not come here unless you have hours to waste. I had my feet just sitting in the foot bath water for over 20 minutes before I was attended to. A customer who walked in 15 minutes after me without a booking got served before me. They also left a ‘5 minute mask’ on my legs for 15 minutes and now my legs are burning and red.
They weren’t even that busy, 3 staff and only 4 customers.

I was taken care of- removing my polygel nails and getting SNS for the first time today. Everything was explained to me and I had a very good experience with the ladies working there. Nails look amazing, got everything I wanted and I will be back soon.
Don't have enough experience with SNS yet, but I was very happy with the results. 100% recommend.

Been going here monthly for about a year now to get SNS done on my nails. The staff are always cheerful and friendly and do a great job on my nails! You are always served a tea and some mentos, the shop is very pleasant and relaxing to be in and they have music videos playing for entertainment.
My natural nails are very brittle and break a lot! Especially because I work with my hands a lot. But getting regular SNS from iBeauty has almost totally stopped the breaking (except for when I jam my finger in a door or something like that) and my nails can now stand the daily wear and tear without painfully

I've only come here because it's close to my house. First time it took them 2 hours to simply refill my acrylic nails. This time, made an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes before even being seated.
Was told a price over the phone and when I got there they raised the price by $25 for the same service and tried to tell me they hadn't told me the price already. Acrylic nails are refilled to look like slabs of acrylic on your finger, nail polish applied like a 3 year old (basically all over my fingers as well as nails) and stupidly overpriced for what is was.
