Self expression, Social interaction and Skill development combine to provide your little superhero (aged 2-6yrs) with a fun, active, and educational experience. A sport/fitness element (for fitness, general well-being, gross motor skills and coordination).
Superkidz classes are filled with intentional opportunities for your budding Superhero to learn and to thrive through dance, sport and play! Foundational movement skills are at the fore of each class; addressing varying developmental needs in your little ones.
