After my mum's travel agent closed down, Jaqui from Touchdown Tours took over my mum's booking and has been incredibly helpful and understanding.
My mum's flights have been cancelled twice so far by the airline and she's always kept us updated and went above & beyond to help out with our questions and requests.

Jaqui from Touchdown Tours was such a delightful breath of fresh air. Not only was she quick to respond, kind, flexible and understanding (which, under the circumstances of repatriating to Australia from Greece in the time of COVID was completely unexpected), she was knowledgeable and she stuck to her word in terms of follow up and aftercare assistance. I am so grateful Touchdown Tours were recommended to me. Dealing with a compassionate professional is a rarity nowadays! Repatriating to Australia was not an easy task but Jaqui contributed to my calm and she made the process much more manageable

A huge thanks to Jaqui and the Touchdown Tours team for their professionalism and prompt responses to queries, and booking our trips and flights over the last few years. We have been using Touchdown services for a while and this year in particular with flight cancellations due to Covid and processing insurance claims etc, Jaqui took on the whole process on our behalf which made it very streamlined and straightforward. During the COVID-19 crisis with cancellations and so much uncertainty we were so lucky and blessed that we booked our flights with touchdown tours.

I love this group of people. Vasilis is my travel agent and working with him has made my travel plans a smooth and fun experience. He truly cares about what you need and goes above and beyond to make sure I have all the information required to make the right travel choices. I did get to meet some of the other team members and they were also as friendly, upbeat and professional as Vasilis. Jaqui too is a pure gem and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
