I went into the practice yesterday as new patient it had been almost 20 years since I had seen a dentist, I was dreading the appointment as i'm petrified of the dentist. However I got Ricky at the rest was history. Ricky was really good he explained everything clearly answered any questions I had. I left feeling like a bit of a flop that I was so worried, after such a good interaction no dramas going back what so ever.
The receptionist and other staff on the day were lovely as well cannot fault these guys would definitely recommend to others :)

Very professional and friendly staff. I had neglected my teeth for sometime but now relieved I have found a good dentist. Dr Lai is treating me but I believe the whole team is quite good. They were not expensive either considering they on right in the city on Pitt St. I recommend to anyone especially if like me you had been putting it off.

I’ve had the most incredible treatment here. As someone who’s had a long (irational) fear of dentist, getting veneers as one with very troubled teeth; was a terrifying & overwhelming experience. From the second I walked in I felt empathy and understanding and now a few months later, I am smiling more than I have in 30years with special thanks to Dr mark nieh but also all of the dentists and nurses I came across during my experience. I can’t rate this team highly enough for changing my life and my opinion of dentists who truly do this job for you

I see these guys pretty regularly and they have always been great 😊 I’ve had a variety of treatments from standard cleans + checkups to fillings and retainer fittings. All appointments have gone well, no issues.

Absolutely wonderful experience!
I have always been extremely anxious and frightened to go to any dentist, due to the horrific experiences I have had previously and on making my appointment, even from the initial phone call, I felt at ease with the lovely reception staff.
On attending my appointment, I was welcomed again by two lovely ladies who were so pleasant and nothing seemed a problem.
I was then greeted by Dr Mark Sinclair by a hand shake, welcoming me and smile then he walked me in to the room.
I explained my situation and how I was extremely nervous and anxious but as soon as Dr Mark

Many thanks to the team for looking after me and good value for money. Modern dental surgery conveniently located on Pitt Street right near Wynyard train station. Really happy with the implant and veneer cosmetic work done which has improved my smile. Very happy with the quality of work and caring team as I am usually a bit scared of going to the dentist, but I found the team very approachable, gentle and caring
