Delina recently gave a nutrition talk on the Gold Coast delivered to triathletes, cyclists and runners. Delina has lived and worked on the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast for over 20 years. With her background as a Registered Nurse, Teacher, Personal Trainer, elite athlete and Nutritionist, Delina is unique in that she has comprehensive knowledge of Health, Nutrition and Fitness.

Her expertise in these areas allows her to combine all of this knowledge to develop specialised nutrition plans personalised to suit the individual.
