NOTE - DVA Gold Card incur no cost including home visits. NOTE - MEDICARE PLANS - we can BULK BILL all reviews. We only charge out of pocket on the first consultation as this is longer 40-60mins. However, if you prefer to have this Bulk Billed also we can do this but just will be a shorter appointment for the first one.
Nutrition 4 Life has been helping support people undergoing bariatric surgery since 2005 seeing some of the very first Gastric Sleeve patients operated on at the Gold Coast Private Hospital (formerly Allamanda Private Hospital) under Dr Greg Nolan and Dr Victor Liew. We also consult with patients of numerous surgeons Australia wide and can liase with your surgeon as required.
