FRF Couriers delivered some items to tenant at my investment propery and they damaged the roof. I got a tradie to fix it up temporarily as the roof was exposed and fix it up later. Even though the invoice was for mere $300 dollars, the management very difficult to deal with. They were asking documents and information one after the other. I was really irritated with behaviour as they caused grief and trouble for me and not paying for the repairs. They payed the money in the end.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided, the delivery driver made an absolute mess of my well manicured lawn driving his large van onto it for no reason whatsoever. Upon contacting the company and providing them video evidence- I was told, too bad it's council land by the general manager. Very very unprofessional company.
A simple apology and offer for minimal compensation would have prevented this review and had a different outcome.

Absolutely terrible customer service, they don't deliver to post offices or collection points so you either take a day off work or travel all the way to their depot. The delivery driver called me and repeatedly insisted on delivering my package to a receptionist who had already told me she was unable to take it. I told him several times not to but he tried anyway and got me in trouble with the receptionist.
Online tracking still says on delivery 5 days later... Called the office to be bluntly told they don't deliver to post offices or any 3rd party. No apology for you inconvenience, 'you're not

I've used this company more than 7 times for my business and will continue to. Each delivery has been professional and no issues at all. They are professional. You get emailed, they are prompt, they pick up the phone and the workers know their job. Finally got time to write a review. Keep up the good work!
