Management are extremely helpful, from booking right through to the changes to accomodate last minute covid rules. Staff are attentive and go the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. Venue looked beautiful on the day and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Staff have been very helpful and patient. Kahli from the start has been really professional and friendly. Fantastic venue for any occasion. Loved the place and the response from the staff. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a stress free function to be conducted at this place.

Worst customer service.
AC wasn't working when outside temperature was 30 degrees.
Spoke to the office people, he gave a sarcastic smile but didn't do anything about it.
Staff were lazy and only smile when they ask for QR Code Checkin... After that you wont see them again for anything...
Dont waste your amount by booking your function there....

Air-conditioned didn't work, came home soaked in sweat clothes. Requested senior staff who just didn't care, this place has its own rules. Never pay up front. Free flowing soft drinks had no fiz, tasted flat. Venue interested in closing food buffet which was outsourced while guests still dancing and didn't have opportunity to eat dinner because venue wanted to make more money by sending kitchen hand home earlier at 9.30pm. They picked up all drinking glasses and water together with cutteleries before our contracted time ending 11.30pm so they could all leave earlier when we finished and concluded

Worst place to do any functions! AC doesn’t even work and when requesting no action is done forward. The staff do not care what time you have booked the hall for, they will do whatever they want at there own convenience. Do not pay the full amount upfront otherwise you will be given absolute rubbish. Request you all to reconsider this hall. Rather go to a community hall than this ‘high class’ place!

Largish venue next to a bingo hall and very close to the freeway. Not very fancy, especially outside which is basically just a concrete carpark surrounded by other businesses. Indoors is comfortable and there are a few elegant staircases in the foyer and rooms that lend a sense of occasion. Staff are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. bar service was prompt. Food I had was delicious with a generous serve.

We had our wedding here in 2019 which was an amazing experience. We had like 100 guests. Everything was organized so well and exactly how we wanted. All credit goes to Naresh and his team. Because of our first amazing experience, we recently had our baby's 1st birthday at the same place (Venus Hall) and I must say hats off to Naresh for arrangements and covering up the caterer mess at the 11th hour. I would strongly recommend this venue to everyone. As special events are a lifetime memory and happens only once, we would want it to be perfect which is guaranteed here.

Ive been to many events here. Love it.
One memorable wedding I remember with around 500 in attendance wouldve been a challenge for the staff. The staff in particular did so well with the time constraints. Under the pump and constantly serving then cleaning up at the same time ❤
