They were late and didn't call to let us know they would be, only after we called them did they say "we got held up with the last job" This was booked months in advanced. Very disappointing, (they did offer a Pickup for later that we declined because they would probably be late to that also).

I would highly recommend this company!! Contacted them at very short notice for a stretch limo for my daughter’s 16th bday and they were very accommodating!! I have never had such a terrible experience as this in my life. I plan to use this company service on my wedding day I was booking a LIMOUSINE with Instyle Rides and I paid on the same day he send me an invoice. On my wedding day, they did not come to pick me , all bridesmaids and flower girls up at the hotel, so I rang them up and asked about where my limousine. They said the limo waiting me in front of the hotel already but I did not see , so the guy who was make the booking with me said no worry he will call the limo guy. I
