Years and years of experience and I felt it right from the start. I had a complex case with clients from Carlton VIC not paying in time and later not paying at all. P&P dealt with the debtors and their lawyers who took us to Victoria Small Business Commission where, thanks to P&P guidelines and information, I was able to retrieve 96% of my money. Also very good with property law to ease with investments we took around Geelong and Melbourne. Highly recommended

I have been very disappointed with the service provided by Purcell & Purcell Lawyers. My family used them for probate on passing of our mother and then when selling her property. They sent the Section 32 paperwork to the wrong Selling agents. They were tardy in their response to questions and their documentation was poor with incorrect details included. The family had to chase them on a number of occasions regarding finalisation of settlement and release of funds. Their receptionist is rude.

Couldn't seem to get them to confirm certain details. Emails not replied to, lawyer wouldn't take calls. Decided to do it myself.

They don't accept any of there mistakes everything is the clients fault. Also there cost

The most rude receptionist, no empathy, not willing to even discuss prior to appointment. Said the appointment is in 3 to 4 weeks and had nothing else to say, so had to hang up.
