If you have never been in business, the process of starting a new business from scratch can be daunting, purchasing an existing business can take away some of this uncertainty. Alternatively, if you are in business you may decide that it is the right time to sell. Whether you are buying or selling a business, seeking advice from trusted advisors ensures that you have conducted due diligence in your transaction.
A lease gives a tenant the right to have exclusive possession of land. This means if you operate a business there will be terms and conditions that affect your use of the premises. Whether you are a landlord or a tenant, it is important to negotiate the terms of the lease so you know your legal obligations.
Before you put pen to paper; before you loan someone money or before you give something away, get legal advice. A contract, both oral and written, is a legally binding agreement between two or more persons. A written contract is the best way to record any loan agreements, partnership agreements, buying or selling assets or an even an agreement for the right to occupy a premise; just to name a few things.
Whether you are selling or buying a property it is important to have a suitably qualified person to undertake the transaction for you. We advise our clients that when the time comes to buy or sell a property, before you see an agent or make an offer on a property it is important you get advice from a lawyer.

The firm has always been very attentive and helpful throughout property settlements. Robert, the owner, is willing to get hands on and sort out anything that may arise. Even goes out of way to provide extra advice on seperate matters. 5 stars
