Otford Cottage is close to a variety of local attractions by car. Just a five-minute drive to the Seacliff Bridge, Stanwell Tops and Stanwell Park. Symbio Wildlife Park, Kelly's Falls and Tumbling Waters Retreat are also only a few minutes drive away. On a visit to Stanwell Park you could include the Art Gallery, several caf's, its famous beach & kiosk, whale watching (in season from the cliff tops) and surfing.
I purchased Lot 5 in 1992, and Barbie and I purchased Lot 4 in 1997 and we still own both. Lot and DP numbers still remain, but street/house numbers were changed by council in about 2000. Street numbers are now 1, 3, 5 and 7 from left to right. DP 817562 took almost 2 years to finalise as the road reserve had never been fully resolved.

Both my wife and I had a marvelous experience at Otford cottage.
Thank you Barbara and Phil for being such lovely hosts. You made us feel at home.
The cottage was everything we could've dreamt of - relaxation, views, little touches, cosy and heaps of charater.
Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a break.
We'll be back again in the winter time at some point to enjoy the beautiful fire place.

So very helpful! We were surprised. I called Otford Cottage from Otford train station after a 30 km hike in the Royal National Park. It was Sunday night and the next train stopping at this station was 1 hour and 30 min later. We were looking for food while waiting for the train back to Sydney. Barbara said that there was no restaurant at the cottage, but then she sent her husband to give us a lift to Helensburg station, where the fast train stops in 15 minutes!

I love Otford Cottage. It's beautifully renovated and the surrounding gardens are very pretty and full of interesting detail. The hosts are lovely and have thought out every possible need and generously provided for it. The location is private with the property backing on to bushland. Helensburg is only minutes away by car with cafe's and a few restaurants. Also many options for walking tracks. It felt like a home away from home. Gorgeous.

Beautiful! Barbies hospitality is second to none and the cottage is so much more than we expected. Extremely good value for money and we felt so well looked after and very at home here. If I could rate it higher I would!
