The first step was to develop a real-world diagnostic hearing test that could be taken anywhere, anytime. The revolutionary and scientifically proven Speech Perception Test (SPT) was born.

I bought a pair of hearing aids 18 months ago and everything was done on line which I found amazing and also concerning, not knowing what type of service I would get. No problems with the aids at all till last week. One email to them and within a couple of hours, they were on the phone and went through a variety of things. Identified the problem and fixed it without a problem, and very, very patient with me. Oh. And the initial price. Ended up being 65% cheaper than Bay Audio, my previous provider. Thank you Blamey Saunders.

Absolutely *outstanding* service and friendliness. Went in with my father regarding a problem with his (other manufacturer) hearing aids. Ryan (and Sophie) couldn't have been more helpful and didn't try to push my father into buying a new pair. We booked a future consultation based entirely on the level of service we received that day.
