Value Hearing saved us thousands of dollars. Our audiologist at the company I had been with for 10 years recommended top of the range hearing aids for my particular problem. Their quote for these was over $9,000. I gathered quotes and found that hearing aid prices are not subject to any governance and Value Hearing quoted me just under $5,000 for the exact same hearing aids. I am forever grateful to them for their integrity, the fact that they are Australian owned, and the service from their audiologist was extremely professional.

Very happy at the process of finding new hearing aids with Alisha. She listened to what I had to say, tested my hearing thoroughly and told me what I could expect and not expect from the new units. Picked the devices up today and was given a thorough training session on how things worked. All in all, very satisfactory.

Value Hearing offer a high level of service and support for hearing impaired people. I have been dealing with Value Hearing for approx 5 years ,when I had my first experience of using hearing aids. From the beginning I was offered a very thorough hearing assessment ,fitting of aids and ongoing education and support. Fast forward to the present and having to make an insurance claim for lost hearing aids. Deidi provided a letter of support to enable a suitable replacement.All of this comes at a competitive cost that cannot be beat. I would highly recommend Value Hearing for price,support and education

Value Hearing first alerted me to the fact that I could purchase the most sophisticated hearing aids for thousands of dollars less than I had been quoted by other well known clinics. Additionally I gained very real benefits from the testing and advice of audiologist Dr Raza Hashimi. The fact that Value Hearing is an Australian company was the icing on the cake. A very professional and honest company. Hearing tests are free and when I had my first test I thought I would need hearing aids but for 2 years in a row they told me that my hearing was not bad enough for hearing aids. I am impressed with their honesty that they did not sell me hearing aids when I thought I needed them. My test this year showed my hearing had declined enough for hearing aids and now that I have them I am enjoying life much more being able to hear conversations, TV, Movies etc. I got hearing aids that are very small behind my ears that do not need batteries as they have a charging

I have been wearing aides since I was 18. I have now had 43 years of hearing aide experience and I would highly recommend Value hearing for professional service, quality product, after sales service and friendly staff. Not to mention the great cost effective value compared to other audiologist around Perth.
To add to this review . My 90 year old mother who wears hearing aides, was having trouble with her hearing. She had previously gone to another hearing company for advice and was told she needed new aides.

I went to value hearing as the company that I had been with for 5 years appeared to have a very expensive replacement set of hearing aids. They did not offer me any alternative and so I had two other quotes.
I chose Value hearing as they were closest. had an excellent test by Hanny and from day one the new hearing aids were great and at one third less than my previous supplier made me even happier. I had a minor adjustment today and it was done promptly and once again the manner of the service was excellent. Value hearing gets my vote and I have already recommended them to friends and relations
