Whilst ultimately I didn't get my dress here, highly recommend a visit to Brides of Sydney, you might find yours here. Out of all the bridal shops I went to, they had by far the best quality of dresses and service. For the dresses I tried, Renee laid them out individually and created a circle for me to step into. This was not done at any of the other shops I went to.

Horrible customer service. The older woman with the short dyed hair is a horrible person!! I didnt even want to try dresses she ruined my day! All she cared about was covid and wanted me to wear my mask when trying dresses! Keep up with the public health orders its not mandatory now! And think about the bride! The manager came to talk to me but of course nothing will be done!

Very disappointed with being recommended a size 2 times bigger than what I should have gotten, sales assistant zipped up my dress when going to pick up and caught the fabric which put a hole in the back then was offered $20 off towards fixing the hole and getting it taken in which is costing me $200. 4 weeks till my friends wedding and have to change the whole back of the bridesmaids dress just to have it taken in 3&1/2 inches is not acceptable to have such a difference in size, very disappointed and annoyed

From start to finish these ladies have been a dream! From my first appointment, through every phone call and email they have been so courteous, kind and seem as excited as me about my wedding plans. Thank you for dispelling any worries I had about shopping for my gown in Sydney (and in the city) and for flawlessly organising for my dress and unexpected extras to be sent to me in QLD to ease my mind during the lockdowns. Gorgeous showroom, beautiful people, I cant recommend you enough!

Tiana at the Clarence St store in Sydney was the most helpful, beautiful soul! She really listened to what I was after, and ended up finding my absolute dream dress for me, when it hadn’t even registered on my… radar! I felt so valued and important for my appointment, and there were lots of tears and laughter and it was a brilliant time! So accomodating and patient. So very much recommended!!!

We LOVED it here (Parramatta)! It was never too hard for a dress to be found for me and it was the PERFECT dress. Alterations were timely and Rosalie wasn’t afraid to tell me if a dress was not for Me! Would buy there again and again!

I bought my bridesmaid dresses from this store and the shop assistants were so helpful and accomodating when assisting me, especially given that my maid of honour was interstate. The girls looked stunning in their dresses and I was extremely impressed with the overall outcome. The quality was great and my bridesmaids received so many comments.

Sevi at the city store was amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted before I was even sure. I found the most perfect dress and I can not wait to wear it on my wedding day

I had the most wonderful experience here trying on so many beautiful gowns and was taken care of very well. Tiana is incredible as well as the entire team. I worked closely with Sevi who helped me make my final decision! My fittings and alterations were done by Clarissa and went very smoothly and the dress ended up looking and fitting even better than I imagined. The process was so relaxed and professional. So grateful that this important detail of my wedding prep was so enjoyable!

I visited the Miranda store and had Karolina as my consultant. She was completely wonderful and let me try on a bit of everything, then brought out the most perfect dress that she knew would suit me, and was on sale. I was very conflicted between 2 dresses and she let me try on both multiple times before deciding. I bought my dream dress then and there at my first ever dress shopping appointment. Highly recommend!!

I would like to say that the customer service I received from Danielle at your Miranda store was amazing. She was patient, incredibly helpful and assisted me in every way possible. The customer service was the best I had received from any of the Bridal Shops I had visited. It was an incredibly hard to decision to make, and while I did not purchase my dress from Brides of Sydney, Danielle was a stand out. She is a valuable asset to your business.

The customer service here is atrocious. I do not recommend anyone book an appointment or buy their wedding dress here.
When I came to the store, the sales lady was late for our appointment. We were okay with this because we figured it wasn't a big deal overall, and that we could still have a fantastic appointment.
Unfortunately, it was anything… but. Our sales assistant asked what design I was looking for, gestured vaguely at the rack where those dresses were, said we could choose ONLY 8 DRESSES, and then left us alone so she could sit on a chair and look at her phone.

Brides of Sydney Parramatta were absolutely wonderful from the minute I stepped into the store through to the minute I left with my dress.
It was the only place I shopped at for a dress. Through the help… there, I found my dream dress and had no need to look elsewhere.
Due to Covid-19, my fiancé and I decided that we were going to try to bring our wedding forward before restrictions became any worse. I contacted Brides of Sydney who rushed my fairly major alterations and were able to get it to me the same day that they had to temporarily close the store due to the restrictions. I

Super super happy with my experience, from stepping foot into the place everything was perfect. First store I went into, Staff are super helpful and they even picked out my wedding dress for me that I fell in love with!! Big range of different styles of dresses, affordable prices Aswell. Dress was so comfortable on I didn’t really want to take it off, not to mention it looked amazing on!! A big thank you to you ladies!! Highly recommend ❤️

Buying my wedding dress from Brides of Sydney was a great experience. They had a wide range of dresses and accessories - although I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! I visited both their Miranda and City stores as my dress was part of a trunk show, and at both the staff were kind, patient and most importantly never pushy. I can not adequately put into words how wonderful these ladies are. I wandered in here almost by accident after a previous booking with another business went extremely poorly. Then I came into Brides of Sydney, saw their generous sale rack and wide range of dresses, and received individual attention and advice for as long as I needed to pick a dress. For the past few months they walked me through the alterations process and were understanding if I forgot my shoes once or twice!!!! Extremely reasonable prices, excellent service and warm, genuinely caring attention.

The staff here were so professional showing me exactly what I had asked for but also some options to consider that would suit my body and to consider trying on. I fell in love with my dress and had so many comments on the day. Thank you so much :)
