Whenever you purchase a new vehicle, the manufacturer provides you with a warranty that covers the cost of parts failure. This warranty is only valid if you have your vehicle regularly serviced by a certified mechanic, who records and stamps these services in your vehicle's logbook. As a Dunlop Super Dealer, we offer a fully comprehensive tyre service.

AMAZING SERVICE!! We called on 23rd December (I know - who does that!!) with the request for a wheel alignment same day. Kim did not groan or comment on our lack of planning or organisation. She was very gracious and said to drop it down and they would get it done same day - but no promise on when it would be done during the day.
Less than 3 hours later, the lovely Kim is on the phone saying the car is ready for collection. What a bunch of rockstars!!!! Thank you so much.

I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to give Glen a shoutout. He's a legend. I bought tires and wheels from another company that were not well balanced from the get go. I had a different local shop try to balance them on two occasions, failing both times to do a good job. Even though none of this was Glen's problem, he went out of his way to help to fix the issue. He even took the car for a drive to make sure it was all good. I have been living with vibrations for months, finally fixed! I'm stoked. Will definitely be coming back and referring business. Cheers

The team at Gisborne tyres were fantastic. My partner and dropped in with a damaged run flat tyre late on Saturday morning and although they did not have a replacement, due to it being a unique tyre for my particular vehicle they still managed to provide a replacement that got me back on the road safely. They also liaised with the vehicle manufacture, explaining the reason for the tyre failure and as a result the tyre was replaced by the manufacturer at no cost. Great service as usual. Took care with brand new alloy wheels. Some shops ram the rattle gun on and mark wheels- these guys didn't.
Some time ago, Glen also took the time to make sure my Mazda BT50 4WD had the correct wheel alignment. A lot of shops will adjust and just see green on the computer screen, not understanding what and how suspension geometry works and how it should be setup.
Highly recommended.

Just had Mickey Thompson tyres as pictured fitted by Glen and the team. I have not a bad word to say about them as they are very professional and provide excellent service in there field. Even the new Receptionist Louise provided a great service experience. If I were you I would call Glen at Gisborne District Tyres first or as he is by far the cheapest and the most reliable and professional with in the Macedon Ranges area, do yourself a favour!
