Had Zasha for the haircut at level 1. Haircut was ok. But not wearing mask despite gently reminding. Laughing and chatting along the way and chewing gums. Not the most professional esp the price is on the higher end compare to others. Been to other Col Nayler and always happy. Highly disappointed this time.

Not the best barber. Just another Westfield barber who profit off $42 haircuts that are completed in less than 10 minutes. Barber didn't listen to what I wanted and questioned why I would want a short haircut when my hair is "thinning". Rude and won't go back. Only giving three stars because they are in a convenient location. Barber complained the whole time that Starbucks wouldn't wouldn't accept his short change - imagine if I did that to them?

It is always a pleasure to get the boys haircut at Col Nayer - Chermside. It was my young son's first hair shave and he is all of 2 years old. Sami was as gentle as can be and made him feel as comfortable as was possible.
The elder one went more artistic with Moey, who did a fabulous job in getting him a spider web. The detailing of the web is just fantastic. Again all done with a very gentle hand for the young one.
Highly recommend this place for your kids..!!
