Booked an appointment but my appointment was being pushed from my confirmed booking. I arrived 15 mins before my booking with expectation this is an appointment place so there is no delay. I asked the staff but no explanation. The staff just continued services but not willing to help me. I would like to see your staff to actively resolve the issue instead of I don’t know. I showed my booking email that I have the correct booking time still no answer and I had to leave because no solution given. Very disappointed.

I knew I was going to be a bit late so I rang up to let them know and apologise, and I was asked what I was going to have done which I responded with just a trim on the sides, Ryan then told me to still come in. I arrived at the shop to be quickly and rudely told I was too late and there was nothing that could be done. Definitely would recommend not going to this barbers.

Booked an appointment online for a simple trim at 11.30. Waited for 20mins (did not mind)11.50 the hairdresser came over to me and said I only booked him for 40mins instead of 1hr so he can't do it. He didn't want to go into someone else's appointment time even though he had no issue cutting into my appointment time. Wouldve litteraly taken 5mins. Pure laziness imo

Live local and wanted to try a new barber.
I walked in and was asked if I had a booking by a staff member said no and was told to make a booking. I asked some more questions and was told "no, make a booking" and the guy turned away from me.
I think if you want people to feel welcome then maybe say hi and ask some friendly questions like "have you been with us before" instead of telling someone "make a booking" and "No" to anything I say 😂😂.

Came in and waited 20 minutes before one of the barbers finished a haircut and asked myself and another guy waiting if we had made an appointment to which I hadn't. Next available wasn't for another hour so I said to him it would have saved me 20min if he asked if I had an appointment when I walked in to which he replied there's a sign on the front door there's not much else we can do. Never come across a barber that doesn't take walk-ins?
