In January 2017 we were looking for a lovely stay at Bowerbank Mill in Deloraine. Having arrived at our destination, the place looked nothing like on the photos. It looked run down and there was nobody there except the lady running the place. She told us the story we could not stay there unfortunately, because of the leak in the bathroom and sent us off to a house in Dale Street in Deloraine. Initially, we didn’t mind, we were happy to be in Tasmania finally, only to find out later from other locals that this excuse was regularly used and the Bowerbank Mill hadn’t had any visitors for months
