My name is Tod Fischer and I am a Personal Trainer, just as I was about to turn 40 I realised I was overweight and feeling old. I made a determination that to get fit and feel healthy again and stay that way. Getting up to 87kgs a few years a go I battled my way down to 74kg and I feel great(almost the same weight as when I was 20 years old).
You get personalized treatment and all the information about health and fitness you want. We constantly monitor your technique to make sure you are getting all the benefit from your workout and in a safe manner. Fast track your fitness without wasting time. We are there to make sure you maximize your sessions.
One of The Best Gym's in Byron Bay is Byron Bay itself. With many great locations in the Byron Shire to enjoy outdoor training. We make every session different and give you the variety that makes training even more fun. So many of our clients say they are bored at the Gym so why not make the change.
If you miss the warm up and there are other participants training you won't be ableto participate in session. If you are the only participant you must complete warm up before we can commence training and your session may be shortened. Yes we are, all the trainers have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity and are taught all the safest techniques in training.
