We help you develop agile organisations with agile people able to leverage The Success Pass. Businesses hire people and resources to get things done. This is normal, but it's also normal for people to lack agility in how they think and behave. The top 20% handle change well - some of them even thrive on it.

But the other 80% don't thrive on it, and their lack of agility can create problems when things change. Suppose you were the coach of a football team. Your goal is to win the competition. To achieve that goal you need everyone on your team to be fit and ready to win. All the training, health checks, pep talks, player selections, strategy sessions, and competitor analyses are the strategies you use to help you win.

The Change Gym is an Australian company operating from our headquarters on the Gold Coast, Australia since 2010. Like many of our clients, we are business people. We are in business and we understand the challenges and opportunities the business world presents. However, we are also specialists in the social sciences, particularly in psychology and education.
We bring together a team of seasoned specialists with expertise across a range of business areas. Steve Barlow started his working career as a high school English teacher and eventually became Head of the English department. He has a background in psychology - particularly in the psychology of how people learn.
We take a strengths approach. That means we focus on developing the strengths you need to be agile and successful. It doesn't mean we ignore problems, but many of the problems disappear when new knowledge and capabilities develop over time.

We believe, despite the reality of AI and its growing impact on the work environment, it's the flexibility, adaptability, and creativity of people that will provide the competitive edge in business going forward.That's why we are proud to contribute to the Humanised Workforce - Future You podcast. We love to work with people who see the value of being agile, flexible, and fit and ready for change.
Years ago, we were helping a large public organisation achieve their goals. They ran programs to help their clients, but statistics showed that many of these programs were not very effective. A close examination of the programs showed they were well put together and based on solid research. They were a good fit for the problems the clients were experiencing.
We offer a variety of services that help people and organisations develop a more effective agility field. Coaching - develop yourself to think and act with more agility and flexibility - build change fitness. Assessments - get scientific data about your current position with agility and change fitness/readiness so you can make better decisions.
