If there is one business that gets it right from online ordering, customer service and delivery, it's gotta be this business. I ordered our son's bed online, contacted them to see if we could pick up next day since we rented a ute for something else on Saturdat. They got back to me after 30 min, checked for existing floor stock, apologised for not having any stock on hand. On Monday, the mattress is made to order and on Tuesday 9am, delivered by the most caring gentlemen who insisted that I do not touch the bed due to my pregnancy. Glad to have such a great experience, it's so refreshing.

After a couple of mattress mishaps the team at Chiropedic Braybrook were very helpful with helping us find a suitable option. They have a great range of quality affordable mattresses. I looked around at a few different mattresses as there are plenty of options out there, but I was impressed by the Cloud 9 Classic Comfort mattress by Chiropedic.
Delivery was on schedule and so far the mattress has been great. I usually sleep on my side and I find the firmness of this mattress to be just right for me. Even when I lay on my back I can feel the mattress supporting my lower back and I’m waking up feeling better than I did with my old mattress. My job is quite physical so this is obviously important to me and I’d certainly recommend the mattress to anyone considering to buy it

Shocking service, we went in to the store to ask if they had foam or latex mattress’ we were told we should buy a pocket spring. When we advised we have owned both and hate pocket spring we were met with rude remarks and basically made to feel stupid. Told we have no idea what we are talking about and then he yelled good luck you will hate anything else. It really sucks when your customer service people are so rude.
