If you have stairs in your home, please measure up to ensure that the mattress can be moved through your staircase. Unfortunately, many homes have staircases that have not been designed to move bulky furniture through. If you've had difficulty moving a couch or fridge up the stairs in your home, you will most certainly have the same problem with a Queen or King size mattress.

Literally the best decision I have ever made. My patner is about 100kgs and normally, he sinks a mattress and I end up stuck in a valley in the middle. I got the Firm But Fair mattress and there is no sinking. We also haven't disturbed each other as much. I was a bit worried about the firmness on my hips as I sometimes get hip pain.

If I could give this company 50 stars I would. Amazing mattresses, fantastic customer service and communication. The second mattress we ordered arrived the following day!! The Sherman gang are seriously nailing it and put the majority of other bedding companies to shame.

It really is “JUST PERFECT”
Fast delivery - amazing customer service - no fuzz returns - best sleep ever
After reading many reviews and comparing online mattresses for a while, we finally settled on Sherman based on the great reviews and the sleeping trial.
Initially we ordered a “FIRM BUT FAIR” based on the online tool. The mattress came in super fast and the whole delivery process was flawless.
After spending a good number of nights on the “FIRM BUT FAIR” we noticed 2 things:
1- our old mattress was a piece of rubbish
2- FIRM BUT FAIR was a bit “too firm for us”

I've never purchased a mattress before and Sherman came up from a Google search - best choice and experience from visiting the showroom to the mattress arriving in my home. Staff was knowledgeable which helped pick the right mattress for me. I've had my mattress for a few months now and the only regret I have is not purchasing it earlier.

The Sherman team have been great to deal with from start to finish. Their salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. They were flexible in their delivery (we had bought a new house and were waiting for settlement), and it was delivered right on time. The mattress was great but not what we looked for in our forever mattress, but Sherman were happy to refund within the 100 day trial. Many other companies would drag this process along and stall before delivering the refund, but everyone I spoke to at Sherman was nothing but helpful throughout. Perfect customer service.

We're loving our Sherman Body Hug Mattress. It's one of the most comfortable mattresses we've ever slept on. The Sherman service was outstanding, from leaving us alone in the showroom while we tried out the mattresses at our leisure, to dealing with a damage issue to the bedhead as promptly as they could under lockdown conditions, keeping us informed every step of the way. I would gladly recommend Sherman.

Super happy with the whole experience. Easy purchase with lots of useful information online. Very prompt delivery and very helpful delivery staff. We love our new ‘firm but fair’ mattress. We thought we were brave buying online without trying first but so far it’s been the best mattress We’ve had - firm support for my bad back but really comfy to lie on.

I have recently purchased a Sherman 'just perfect' mattress and it has definitely been perfect!
Very satisfied with the quality and comfort of the 'just perfect' mattress. The quality of my sleep has improved tremendously.

Great customer service, delivery was very quick and accommodating. The mattress itself was of high quality and very comfortable. I had to return the mattress as my back did not agree with it which is a shame because Sherman was fantastic.
