Excellent customer service and quick on delivery, but I should have taken it as a "warning" when Gloria Jean's was put down as not producing quality coffee beans.
I bought a few types: Kickstart, Decaf and Sin City.
I really like the Hazelnut one from Gloria Jean's and as my local one closed down with Covid19 I couldn't get it, so I wanted a coffee that had this flavour plus a place that could deliver. Am sure the "Kickstart" one was recommended over any other as a close likeness as well as "Smooth Operator".
Anyways, I tried it (Kickstart) for the first time yesterday and must say I was rather

JUST THE WAY I LIKE MY COFFEE, DARK AND Smooth. Got my first bag delivered today! I could actually smell the goodness before I even opened the package. Our new neighbour recently moved next door and invited us for coffee and it was the best coffee we have ever tasted. We asked him what he used and he said the brand was Coffee Hero Smooth Operator. We have tried so many brands online and nothing tasted like what we had at our new neighbours house. So we signed up for a subscription and in our Breville machine the smooth operator is as delicious as it was on our neighbours machine. It is naturally so sweet and the aftertaste lasts for hours. We are obsessed with coffee and rate this as the best coffee we have had.

We have tried so many different coffee brands and Coffee Hero are by far the best we have tasted. We order the Smooth Operator Blend and our team of 40 staff all agree that it is the best coffee they have tasted. We recently started ordering their fresh Coldbrew concentrate and I must say that is becoming equally as popular.
