Avoid this agency. Both being Owner and Tenant. I have had a number of issue to deal with agency in last few years and has increased significantly in recent time.
The property managers deliberately "do not understand" you problem because of their mismanagement. They try to blame tenant for a situation that they are totally responsible.
I tried talking to Owner but he\she is never in to the office. (Been 3+ years trying to talk).

Very happy with the service and care from the property management team. They look after my interests as a landlord and are respectful of the tenants’ needs to have quiet enjoyment of the property as their home.

On weekend (Saturday evening), I had a plumbing issue and initially I thought I would have to wait until Monday to resolve it but I made a voice call as an emergency. Impressively, the rental agent (Jiawen) got back to me at that time and resolved the issue on the next day (Sunday) morning. Their response time is really fast and highly recommend to anyone! Also, the owner Glenn Dias, he is a really kind, trustworthy and pleasant person!

We spent the last three months looking for a new home for our family in a very competitive and rather overheated market. Glenn kindly supported us with professional appraisals for properties we were interested in, so we could make offers in confidence.
