Our Lo-Rider 13ft hybrid caravan is proving to be popular for those who want to store caravans either inside the garage or take it through the garage into the back yard. Due to the body being made high now as standard there are a few minor modifications. The only difference is that the double cupboard inside becomes a single and the 2 seat couch becomes a single.
Our hybrids include the following dometic reverse cycle air conditioner 40amp DC to DC charger with MPPT solar charger 300W roof mounted solar fully enclosed annex 240Lt fresh water tanks and 80Lt grey water tank 2000W pure sine wave inverter for off grid power basics. External pull out fridge drawer will fit the highest of Engels and length of Evakool 110L.
Our NEW 13ft caravan Double bunk is has been created to offer family travel with the light weight convenience of the small 13ft chassis. With the flexibility of 2 floor plans both combinations come with internal shower and thetford toilet. Drive away licenced for 12 months in your name and ready to hit the open road.

We bought out Southern Cross Hybrid and had the best customer service! A big thank you to the team especially Jordan, Damon, Dennis. What was even more awesome was the after sales service and care. We unfortunately had an 'incident/accident' with the kitchen and the support the team gave us was exceptional- kept in touch regarding repairs all the way! Living 800km away was no issue for this team. We feel sooo lucky to have the van back by Christmas. Recommend SCCampers all the way! It is a beautiful van suiting us for all the future off-road adventures! Thank you

Picked up our 13/16 hybrid extremely impressed, finished product quality is very good compared to competitors staff are very good to deal with answering all our questions promptly.
Done first trip down south west no issues tows easy and straight.

So pleased with our purchase of our hybrid and the amazing personal service from the Southern Cross family team. Before we left in our first trip to Broome, I tried to modify a slight alignment of the door. This resulted in a major issue which was of my own making ( my bad). I called the SCCT team and was welcomed back to have it rectified. I was stressed as we were heading to Broome the following week. No charge for my stupidity. Denis had it sorted within a couple of days and we headed away.
So 6000 klms later and I’m so pleased with this hybrid. It is amazing to tow, so comfortable to stay

Deceived product information : Plaque stamped at 2.5 Tons payload - yet both trailing arms twisted @ under 1.6 T, and upon rebuild the stub axels are only rated to 1.25 T combined ..
Australian made or 'sourced' products don't have to falsely advertise either their origins, or more specifically, their capacities - thanks for killing my holiday ..

I needed some repairs to my camper trailer and phoned a lot of places to have it done. In the end Southern Cross Campers were happy to do the work for me and I am very happy with the Service I received. I would not hesitate in recommending Denise and his team for repairs and New camper trailers or Vans.

DONT BUY FROM SOUTHERN CROSS CAMPER TRAILERS WA
Bad experience.
We ordered a caravan and first got told it would be 10-12 weeks delivery then changed to 12-14 weeks delivery which was ok because it meant beginning of December delivery, Ben told us from the very beginning we would have it for Xmas.
Well that turned out to be a lie because when I rang to ask they told me they couldn't find my caravan which was just unbelievable. This went on for a week and in the end I was told that we wouldn’t have it before Xmas, maybe we might get it in January but they couldn't promise, nor could they tell

Ordered our van on may 16 2020, deposit paid no communication for 7 weeks, finally we had a response.after many emails frm our side
Received our 13.16 van near end of September, on drive for 2 weeks packing van for our first trip, noticed the floor lifting, eletrics not connecting and few other items, van was taken back they had van for awhile, recevied email to pick up. Checked items seemed all ok. Booked our trip away again, 3 days away to test van. Had a problem with the awning pulling the main support from roof of van, was unable to open door correctly , wife taken her shoes from cupboard
