Very impressed with our new Crusader Serenity and can't speak highly enough about the service we received from Ian & Louise. We found them & their staff very accommodating when answering dumb questions from first time caravaners. If you are considering purchasing a van you need to put Lewis RV at the top of you list.

Made our purchase decision at the Caravan and Four Wheel Drive show and was happy with the deal we made and the handy suggestions made. Had the pleasure of dealing with Ian ( the boss) and Cameron, a very nice salesperson to deal with.
We new that there would be along delay before delivery but went to visit Lewis R.V a number of times to keep our dreams alive. Each time we visited they were great, not treating us as a nuisance whilst we wandered through display vans looking for colour scheme ideas and any other upgrades.
After 11 months the van came and we are very happy. Would highly recommend

Heath gave us a really comprehensive introduction to our caravan, spending plenty of time with us and answering all our questions. A small problem occurred with the van during he introduction and Heath arranged to have it fixed by the time we were ready to take delivery. there was a good balance of technical information and general caravan knowledge. he also explained the warranty and service process clearly. Heath is a salesman who is interested in his clients.

We absolutely love our Crusader, Porthos caravan. We just had our first trip away, and the caravan did not disappoint in anyway. Had our XCountry Caravan serviced by them today and we have found them to be extremely thorough and helpful. They go out of their way to treat you as an individual customer with different requirements for travel and have great ideas. Terrific working team and we can highly recommend them. When we're due for an upgrade we'll certainly be going back there!

After over a year of extensive research online and numerous hours visiting yards and caravan shows, started to get abit overwhelmed with pushy salesman, until we came across lewis rv stand at the recent 4wd and caravan show.we fell in love with the porthos model . still a bit overwhelmed put it off for a week till we decided to visit there… showroom in a more relaxed situation, a week later signed on the dotted line , Ian, Louise and Aaron went above and beyond in their excellent service, can not fault this family business, can't wait for our new van. cheers. Ian and Louise were very helpful (and very patient) getting us into our new Aramis. From helping us with our customisations and some kit to get us started through to trying to find the problem with our lights (turned out to be the result of some panel repairs trapping a wire) they were there. Today we just came home from our first long trip and are very happy with the way the van performed. No issues. Thanks guys!
