George day Perth agreed to purchase our Winnebago Burke A caravan for $45k. They we’re too lazy to travel down to Bunbury from Perth and examine it, but bought it on the photos I provided, they signed a contract to purchase it for 45k. Once they got it to Perth, 2 hours north of us, they decided to go back on the contract they signed saying that the caravan was in poor condition, which it wasn’t. They knew we had to leave the country as soon as possible due to family circumstances in the uk and left me with no alternative but to agree to 41k. By which time I had also sold my car, so was unable

Disappointed in their service. Their after sales service for the Camel Camper was terrible. As mentioned in another review below, they told us they would get back to us and didn’t. Specs did not match product. Mattress was foam not inner spring. Did a ‘pre-inspection’ but clearly didn’t do much as there was a lot of rust and some other issues such as loose gas line etc. Clearly once they have sold the product they lose interest.

Initial service ok, but once they get your money, you’re soon forgotten. We have had nothing but problems with our brand new motorhome. Windows broke, oven unsafe and now battery was near to exploding, give off toxic fumes, smells like rotten eggs. Nothing is ever given under warranty, Sam Day always says, it’s a gesture of good will, not under warranty. All upholstery needs put in the bin, motorhome unusable. Don’t buy from George Day

I phoned George Day Caravans & Motorhomes today, wanting some feedback and information on the Adria Caravans and advised that I was not looking to buy one. I spoke to Sam who was absolutely incredible! Not only did he afford me the time, knowing that I was not a buyer, he was very honest, polite but also very knowledgeable. I am a Manager at an RV company in New Zealand and people like Sam are far and few between these days. Great customer service Sam, you are an asset to your company and I take my hat off to you. The best customer service experience I have had in some time. Brilliant work!

Initial sales process was great but the after sales service is non existent. Been trying to rectify a couple of issues with our NEW van for over 1 year and still waiting! They don't return phone calls and every time we speak to someone "they will look in to it and get back to us" - THEY NEVER DO. Avoid if you want ongoing, professional service with maintenance and repair of your van cause these guys are terrible.
