Our Jits Kids Jiu Jitsu program has been specifically designed and tested to be learnable and retainable by the 4.5 to 6 year old kids, it incorporates multiple factors of development components in its structure.
The kids learn basic self defence and motor skill focused techniques wrapped up inside the vision a game, kids love playing games and the instructors know exactly how to let the kids have a great time while still imparting solid skill and knowledge.

We are delivering a specifically designed and constructed "martial arts self defence for kids" program combining Jiu Jitsu, Kodokan Judo and Shotokan Karate to children from 7 years old to 15 years old at our 6 Day A Week, new Wyndham Vale training academy located at Level 1 / 510 Ballan Rd.

Kaizen Yoga has classes running 5 days a week covering locals from Wyndham Vale, Manor Lakes and surrounding areas. Anna and Briarna the Mother and Daughter team of certified Yoga Teachers run all classes at Kaizen Yoga. Wyndham Vale and Manor Lakes Classes run on Monday and Wednesday ( 9.30am - 10.30am ), Tuesday and Friday ( 6.00am - 7.00am ) and Sunday 8.00am to 9.00am with more coming in 2019.
Covering Wyndham Vale, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook, Tarneit, Bacchus Marsh and surrounding areas. Our martial arts classes for adults start from 16 years of age up with people in their late 50's and early 60's still training strong, Kaizen Martial Arts Australia teaches an integrated style of traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or BJJ as it is better known today, Kodokan Judo and Shotokan Karate.

Amazing place to train Sensei Garry and the rest of the team have your genuine interest at heart. This really is a family friendly club, where everyone trains as a team and helps each other out.
The quality of the training is also exceptional, with the students consistently winning medals in tournaments across the state.

My son has been attending Jiu Jitsu classes here for nearly 3 years. He started in the Kinder classes doing one day a week. He's now in the Kids class training five days a week. He LOVES it!
I was training at another gym in the city, then moved to Kaizen in January 2021, to join the adult classes.
The Coach to kid ratio is always good, so your kid will always get attention and not miss out. It's such a great learning environment and so much fun. The owners, Garry and Anna, always go above and beyond.
It's a great place for kids (mine is 6) and adults (I'm a 38 year old female).

I have never experienced a place quite like Kaizen Martial Arts Academy! From the first moment we stepped foot into the centre we were welcomed with open arms. This really is a family affair and everyone who attends become apart of the Kaizen family in the strongest possible way. I highly recommend Kaizen martial arts, their teaching techniques are impeccable and every single coach (including the juniors) are amazing!
We have been apart of this family for just over 12 months. What this centre has done for my daughters confidence is remarkable & we owe a hugh amount of credit to these guys!

Kaizen is an amazing place. The coaches are fantastic with kids and once you start with them you are part of the family.
My fiance was so impressed he started going aswell.
I rest easy knowing my son is learning such useful tools to not only defend himself should the need arise, but also valuable life skills.

I wish there were more then 5 stars as these guys are fantastic, my whole family trains at Kaizen and absolutely love it, highly recommend Kaizen, such caring, dedicated & extremely knowledgeable team, always willing to help & teach BJJ with such attention to detail, ideal for any age, very reasonably priced amazing value for money, really fun, perfect for getting & staying fit. If you’re interested in learning an awesome martial art from the best look no further. Come join see how terrific it is being treated like family just be aware it’s super addictive.

Awesome family run training school. This is the place to chose if you want to be part of a martial arts family with amazing coaches who listen and honestly care about students and their families. We couldn't be happier, my daughter has been learning here for over 2 years and it's been amazing for her confidence! I can't recommend Kaizen Martial Arts enough. My 8yo son loves his classes! Sensei Garry, the coaches and staff are beyond amazing. They're very patient, kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Everyone trains at their own pace. Everyone's accepted for who they are. Everyone receives support and guidance. Everyone is acknowledged. It's a fabulous learning environment. Highly recommend!
