Highly recommend. The oven igniter stopped working in our 17-year-old GE stove. They did a good job of explaining the cost in advance and listening. They sent Johnny O., the technician, who was professional and performed the work in a safe and efficient manner. He also identified worn wiring that he replaced. Good price and reasonable warranty coverage.

The customer service over the phone when scheduling was not great. But our serviceman Nick was awesome! Although the repair was too expensive in comparison to buying a new dishwasher, he gave us a second option and was ready to do this if we chose. In the end we chose to just get a new dishwasher. Very friendly and knowledgeable!!

My washer (Fisher Paykel) was leaking water, underneath. When the repair man arrived, he diagnosed the problem within minutes. He advised me as to what was wrong, quoted a price for the repair, ordered the part and rescheduled an appointment for the following week. He was on time, both times he was at my house, very courteous and professional. Given the fact that it was a week before Christmas, I was thrilled to have my washer up and running again. I would definitely use Total Appliance, again and would recommend them, as well.

Andrew, the professional technician is an incredible asset to this organization. We recently had trouble with our freezer not maintaining a low enough temperature to freeze milk for our newborn.
Andrew came in, diagnosed the issue and offered us several options for correcting it. We chose one and it was incredible - near immediate results.
