I'd rather live out of my car, last 6 months at 29 sarona street unit 7 has been awful. Drunk alcoholic next door banging, screaming at all hours of the night, freezing cold room. No regard for human life at that property and probably more around. You are better off sleeping at the park where junkies hang around then even consider dealing with Stead fast real estate. Also Sue takes all your bond and doesn't give it back

I work for one of their rental property for pest control till now I didn't receive payment.Tenent book the job she told me that if real estate don't pay money she will pay me but sue real estate agent call me asked for invoice and told me owner will pay but I didn't get payment till now and work was done on February this year. This real estate is worse real estate I deal with.

Worst real estate agents ever. Wouldn't even give a star but have to. Feel sorry for people who have houses with these guys or rent from them cause they have no respect or compassion. Sue especially is the most ignorant rude slime bag I ever meet last real estate I would use, I would have to be paid to use them feel sorry for the other workers who work with Sue....

Don't even think to try these people...!!! Most dodgiest bunch of people I've ever met in the realestate industry. They will not refund your bond, not even a half of it and it will take more than 7 weeks to get the few $ left in the bond after they reject to pay you accordingly..!!! They'll try their best to keep it all. They will not respond to any of the maintenance requests.

Most pathetic real estate agents I've ever come across. They would never give your bond back and will constantly nag you on trivial issues literally every day.
Sue (property consultant) acted like a two bit wannabe thug and this other lady Jade who use to come literally every day to the apartment complex in her holden commodore and would knock on each door to see what's going on ! (wannabe private detective). Literally each word which came out of their mouth was filled with disgust, hate and arrogance ! They will never let you speak and will tell you to listen only !!

I would not recommend this agency to anyone, everything on paperwork is tight but verbal information given is incorrect, misleading ad unprofessional, leading to false sense of rights.
They followed everything by the books so I can't discredit anything that was signed but the verbal information/ agreements given by agent were misleading and as it turned out would only be held up by the tenant and not the agency.
No compassion or decent use of discretion exercised when tenant was involuntarily hospitalised for the last two months of a 3 month lease so I would recommend getting any verbal agreement

Sue was horrible to me becuse I have a scar on my hand!! If I had any extra money for a lawyer I would take her to court, please stay away from her I was crying for almost an hour. I have so many words for her but honest she is not worth it, stay away from her "business" I almost threw myself in front of a train on my way homeðŸ˜
