Unfortunately Ritz Party Hire has become the wild west.
They are completely disorganised; the management is rude and completely detached from any compassion or reality.
The jukebox music is so outdated. They barely produce a quality of sound better than a mobile.
Good luck with a refund.
The equipment is often uncleaned and very late.... if you even receive it.

Hired a karaoke machine for Saturday night, It arrived late, not the machine we hired and he failed to bring a trolley so my husband had to do it with our own. It was supposed to be filled with the latest music yet we couldn't find anything from the past decade, we advised him when he came to collect it and he just said thats not possible and that it was updated 4 weeks ago. I told him I'll turn it on to show him, he refused and kept insisting that it had the latest music on it. We hired All sorts Glasses Eskys, Marquee, Tables chairs etc
We found that they were friendly, helpful and very professional.
They delivered when they said they would and came and cleared everything

Things you need to know if considering hiring from Ritz: Their round tables cannot be used on grass as they are very unstable (despite the fact that they are used with marquees which are always placed on grass). Also they are NOT big enough for 10 people - 8 max, and the table cloths arrived with grubby marks on some of them. Their white plastic chairs have RPH scrawled on the backs in black texta (not a gook look when used in a wedding setting.)
