Our dedicated long- term stable staff have over 100 years of combined experience and a wealth of knowledge and expertise within the field of early childhood. Staff continually undertake professional skill development to provide the best possible education & service. The staff attend weekly staff meetings that supports open communication and decision making as a team.
In providing a nurturing, equitable and safe environment for 3-5 year old children, full of variety, challenge, investigation, exploration, flexibility and choice, in a program that enhances developmental skills, education and interaction with peers and adults. The staff promotes individuality and support the interest of each child in the program.
