Robertson Gymnastics Academy runs programs from ages 2 and up, catering to beginners through to elite level gymnasts. We are also the Number 1 Acrobatic Gymnastic club in QLD. Robertson Gymnastics Centre provides a holistic approach to gymnastics. Covering a wide range of skill-sets and classes, RGC has developed an approach that learning is for life.

To many people, gymnastics seems to be an impossible dream, something they could never do. However, gymnastics is a sport for everyone - toddlers, primary aged kids, teenagers, adults, and retirees. At Robertson Gymnastics, people of all ages, shapes, sizes and capabilities participate in and enjoy gymnastics.

I cannot recommend Robertson Gymnastics Academy enough. Friendly and supportive coaches who are just lovely with children, flexible in make up lessons, clean and organised and so very understanding life with young kids. Cannot fault this place if your child is keen on gymnastics!!

Giving them a BIG thumbs down. Just called for a price to see if I can afford for my 3yo twins to do Kindergym. Apparently they won't discuss prices until you do a trial. Where is the transparency? I'd rather not get my boys excited by doing a trial if the price is out of reach for me. Came across as quite snobby and elitist. Disappointing. I'll look elsewhere for a more friendly option.

So far so good. My boy went two times this semester. The classes are pretty challenging but not forcefull so kids can enjoy their learning. There is even free time at the end of the class so kids can enjoy free play without instructions. Very safe, very clean. Appropriate for all ages up to 13yo.

The place seems a bit congested and rooms are smelly . some equipment seem to be worn out . staff could be a bit more friendly and provide more attention to first timers who dont know the steps .

Best Place in the world for Gymnastics and acrobatics my childhood wouldn't have been the same with out this place and the coaches, still miss going to training everyday and competing!!!

I took my (just) four year old to Robertsons for a trial lesson. They organised a circuit with the parents taking the children through each activity. I do not have a gymnastics background so I asked the teacher to show me what to do so I could show my daughter (as the teacher was obviously not going to bother actually teaching anyone). The teacher rolled her eyes at me and snapped "she really should know all of this by this age." She then gave me a cursory explanation full of technical terms and walked off to gossip with a returning parent.
Probably a good school if you're an elitist gymnastics
