Dance floor too small. DJ ok. Good terrible! Microwaved plain chicken breast chucked on a skewer with a dollop of sauce is awful!

This place was awesome, just had a Christmas party there and the staff were great, I rate the place very high, lovely view over the river, nice constant breeze to keep the outdoor area cool.

I really like this place. Great location with a pleasant outlook of the river weigh you can enjoy from their balcony. Or enjoy the cocktails on one of their lounges. The drinks are slightly expensive ($18 cocktails) but these days that seems to be becoming standard.
The only thing I dislike is that the music is always too loud to hold a conversation inside, which to me goes against the reasoning for having the couches there.

Was here for riverfire and was worth every dollar. Friendly staff and security, extra shout out to Carla for being extra attentive with our group. Food and drinks both good and plentiful.
Some feedback for the event - both cocktails on offer had cut fruits (pimms having multiple fruits). The staff were cutting as required which seemed an extra stress that could have been avoided. To their credit, they handled it well. Will be back!!

A good place with good ambiance however could have been much better. I approached the bar at the entrance to order Taquila and attender said it costs $ 11. When I said I was charged $10.50 at the bar inside just about 15 minutes back she said that's wrong. I paid. It's not a matter of 0.50 cents! but customer service. Same place same evening but different prices for the same product!!!

Came here with a bunch of gal pals on a saturday night. no cover charge, not a long wait at the bar and good r&b old school and newer tunes on the dance floor. there's comfy couches and tables inside and you can step outside on the balcony for fresh air and get great views of the storey bridge.

Monday night. The bar food was amazing the drinks were great and all were half price. The staff are incredibly friendly and you can have a real laugh with them. Please don't hesitate to support The Shadow Lounge on Eagle St.
