Tired of dealing with a conga line of property managers unaware of your property's history? Frustrated with a lack of communication from your managing agent? When it comes time to sell your property, we can help too. As licensed real estate agents our services extend to selling investment properties as well. Our objective is to maintain the tenancy and your income right up until the day of the settlement. We have an extensive client and investor database, we can help to save your costs and any inconvenience to the tenancy.
We pride ourselves on our efficiency, so rest assured your application will generally be processed and presented to the property owner within 48 hours. A holding deposit - is two week's rent which can be paid with internet banking, or direct debit at any bank. We take tenant selection seriously. Part of the application process involves checking your details with the Tenancy Information Centre of Australia (TICA) and the RP Data tenancy check.

Have rented with a few different Real Estate Agents in Brisbane over the years, but Integrity Property have been far and away the best experience.. Genuine, honest and very fair, dealing with them has been an absolute pleasure... What separates them is Bernadine and her staff actually care about their tenants and are always very easy and pleasant to communicate with.. Will highly recommend them..!

We rented a property at Springwood. We first met Tanya at the house viewing which she at a drop of a hat said she would meet us there to view the house. Tanya was very approachable and easy to talk with. From there, our whole 18 months we were there nothing was too hard and she always done her best to get anything done. Not that a lot went wrong but she was always there to accommodate. Tanya was hands down the best property manager we have ever had to deal with. She is a great asset to Integrity Property Management.
