Melissa is very experienced in all aspects of property management. She began her career in 2008 working for a national real estate brand. Over the years, she gained a vast amount of knowledge around property management and felt she had progressed as far as she could under another brand.
With her dedication to clients and drive to exceed expectations, she observed there was much room for improvement within the property management industry and knew it could be done better.This ultimately led her to launch About Property Management with her husband, Robert, in 2017. Melissa is well versed in all aspects of property management.

I used to own an investment property in Brisbane as an interstate investor and had mostly disappointing or very average experiences with various other agencies, despite sometimes paying top dollar to some of the so called big well known real estate agencies. It was such a shame that I discovered them so late after doing some research on google. They managed the property for the last 6 months before I sold it this year, and I have to say, they have been the most professional, diligent, knowledgeable and efficient property managers I have had in any of the cities that I have held investment properties

We have engaged property managers in the past and have had some disappointing experiences. Recently we found About Property Management from a Google search and were impressed by the website. I chose About Property Management earlier this year to manage my investment property. As a first time landlord it was a difficult choice with so many options but I couldn't be happier with my decision. It is an older property and there have been various issues with the house but at every turn Rob and Mel's commitment, advice, patience and communication have been invaluable. If you're trying to decide between agents then I'd strongly recommend going with About Property Management - I'm really pleased I did.

My husband and I were renting a property through About Property Management and as long term renters, we’ve never had such a positive experience. The team were always professional, yet still human. Something that really set them aside from other companies was the way that they provide real and honest support and guidance to not only the land lords, but their tenants also. We felt valued and considered throughout our entire tenancy. When the home we were tenanting required maintenance, or when we required support, they were prompt in dealing with the situation. The quality of service from Mel & Rob has been excellent so far. This is the first agency where I've felt the property managers make an effort and do what's best for myself and my property rather than what's easiest for them - I guess that’s one benefit of having business owners look after my property rather than a young employee.
If I'm honest, I had some concerns going with a ‘micro’ agency and almost didn’t. So if anyone is having the same thoughts, just give them a go, you won’t regret it - they are miles ahead of other real estate’s that I’ve dealt with.
