Have been dealing with Anil and his team recently as my wife and I have required advice with our property (about to rent it out). Can confirm this team has always gotten back to us in a timely manner, they know the various aspects both legal and residential that we need to be aware of, which is great as we don't have to worry if we missed anything. Recommended if you are considering renting out or changing your current property management.

Awful real estate. Take forever to respond to requests. Took 6 months just for to answer if we could put up a tool shed. Entry report was completely wrong. Aircon units were absolutely filthy to the point of us threatening a breach of contract to get a professional to clean them. No damage or lack of cleaning noted yet all windows hadn't been… cleaned, outdoor area was filthy, holes in backyard from previous dog amongst other things. Cherry on top was we moved out 2 weeks before lease end with more than enough notice by phone, email and notice of intent to leave. Rent paid up til the end

Absolutely appalling service. Applied for a rental and took 10 days to get a answer on our application and then only got a answer when I kept calling asking them as we were ment to be collecting the keys in 2 days time if we got approved. Every time you want to speak to someone they say to leave a message and no one gets back to you. Matt does a… terrible job answering your emails, and I really feel sorry if it’s costing owners more money waiting for there property’s to be rented out all because Matt doesn’t reply to applications. I would not recommend this company again
