Had a fantastic experience with these guys. Right from the very pleasant first point of contact with Lena and Catherine to the excellent quality repairs and couriering done by Soegi, Mushtaq and Nick. I went out of my way to repair my phone here over local repairers due to the reviews and the fact that I needed same day turnaround.
Catherine was exceptional to deal with.
The repair took very little time, the quality was superb, genuine OEM parts used, quality control testing was done and the pricing was hundreds less than anywhere else.
Additionally (and important for me), there was no data loss at all.
If that wasn't enough, it was a hot day and I was waiting in my car so Catherine even brought down a cold drink while I was waiting!!

Before I had the chance to write my review, I had damaged my phone again and was back at Oz Phone Repairs for the second time in a week! Each time I had fantastic customer service from the team and it was so stress free to complete. I rang a few places when I was looking for a repair shop and rang here based on the strong reviews. I was really happy with the service the first time (thank you Lina!) and I’m so glad I came here because I had to come back!😆 thanks Catherine and Nick for all your help with my disaster today. Fantastic experience from 1st phone call through to delivery - Catherine collected phone & Ipad from my house - called me the next day with some options to fix the issues - and had it delivered back to me the very next evening. She was brilliant and the repairs actually feel like they are of good quality. Service does count (now more than ever) and these guys have it nailed.
