After paying $90 to have the screen on my iphone repaired, a white spot appeared a couple months later. The phone then got stuck on boot loop with the apple display showing but not going further. I took it back, and was told the white spot was due to "water damage" and not a fault of the screen and then asked to pay $35 for the hard reset which would wipe all my data. Instead I went to the Apple Store Genius bar. The consultant there ran tests on the phone and inspected the screen, stating the he didn't think the white spot was due to water damage, and instead that the phone was beyond repair and

I purchased a phone holder for my car and it literally broke within a matter of days. They replaced it for me and the replacement literally broke the next day. So my third trip into the store... I asked for a different model which they gave me, which lasted a couple of months before breaking... This time they wouldn't give me a replacement, I don't know what the problem is, as the phone holder I originally purchased from this shop years earlier lasted me for years, which is why I came back to this store, but I will not be shopping here again.

They provide and excellent service but are slightly expensive. My phone had water damage and I went to them for repairs, they got the part the next day and installed it for AUD145 but it did not solve my problem and they were kind enough to install the original parts and refund my money. I then went and got the same part installed by LG service centre for 99AUD. Very friendly people and great products but always try and contact your manufacturers first.

I would choose this repair store over any other and especially over apple. My iPhone X went through a boot loop, first took it to apple to be repaired, no solution given other than to buy a replacement phone at $900. My partner told me about Xclusive mobiles and we went there straight after, not only were the staff polite and friendly but they offered every possible solution to fix my phone. They tried everything and managed to get it fixed before it went through another boot loop and took my phone back to see if they can recover anything on it or just fix the phone. I have never come across more

Great service, ordered after-market iPhone glass over the phone, the glass was installed the next day, within 30 minutes of dropping it off. Very pleasant experience, outstanding service, honest guys. Also purchased tough glass protector and great case. Received a satisfaction call within 10 days to make sure I was happy with their workmanship. They are eager to please and most professional.
