Pilates is a common method of mind-body fitness and is gentle enough to be used by physiotherapists as a rehabilitation tool, right through to top level dancers and athletes for body conditioning.Exercise regimes are challenging and can achieve fantastic results for any fitness level or any age. From those wishing to improve their strength, flexibility, and physical fitness, to those with injuries, or during pregnancy.

Centrally located in the hunter valley, at the exclusive Woodlands Estate in Thornton, Power On Pilates studio offers a complete mind and body transformation experience. With no restrictions on fitness level, age or gender, everyone is welcome to join our classes.

Whether it be in one of our popular group sessions or our 1 on 1 private sessions, our goal is that everyone will come away feeling fitter, stronger, mentally rejuvenated and generally feeling better about themselves.
Hi my name is Miranda, and I'd like to take a brief moment to explain a little about myself and how I came to be the instructor here at Power on Pilates. Well, I guess the bottom line is I love pilates. I love what it does for my mind and my body and I am committed to using my experience with pilates and background in teaching to share this with others.
Small group sessions to ensure that all students get the respect and attention they require to progress and achieve their own desired results. Although Pilates in not a team sport as such, we encourage a team-work type of environment. Small classes allow for students to build strong social relationships, inspire and support each other through challenging classes.

Participated in my first Barre class today. Miranda is a fantastic teacher and the class would be great for anyone wanted to improve their fitness in a motivating and challenging new direction
