Great service. Dropped my phone at work earlier in the day and gave them a call, I was assured that it would take 10-15 minutes to get fixed and when I got there, it only took around 10 minutes and the repair man there pointed out several things wrong with the phones internal workings from a previous repair. I would 10/10 recommend this for the their professionalism and customer service that goes above and beyond
Price was on the cheaper side of all other stores I have looked at.

I had issue with my mobile charging and volume. I went to the Burwood store at Westfield.
I was prepared to leave my phone for a few hours or longer for repairs.
I was attended to by Hayden, he was very friendly and welcoming.
He had my issues resolved within a few minutes.
He certainly is a professional and provided excellent service.

Initially I did a replacement of iPhone cracked screen elsewhere with a brand new screen but got problem after one month and went back for 2nd repair. After using for another month it still gave me issues.
I visited this store because of the good reviews, the store wasn’t busy, a young pretty friendly lady greeted and and jotting my issues and quote me a price then asked me to come back one hour later. After 15 mins she called and she had successfully fixed the unresponsive touch screen with ease and now my iPhone XS working perfectly. Strongly recommended.

I came to this shop with three phones;
- one in need of a battery and screen repair
- another in need of a battery, screen and button repair
- and another in need of a screen repair
They matched pricings of other repairers (substantially less)!
They also (in addition to that) gave me a further discount and even gave me additional things like glass screen protectors and cases! And all of this in addition to six month warranty on the phones!!!!
They were very empathetic to my situation and professional. They were courteous and very efficient. They answered all my questions and were very patient

Have got my iPhone6 plus and iPhone7 plus repaired, while waiting, changed batteries. The iOS recognised the new batteries 100%.
