Highly recommend Cartwright Property Group! We rented a property through Cartwright for two and half years and couldn't speak highly enough of them. The whole team are professional and friendly. Anytime we contacted Ben or Candice in the office our queries were responded to and resolved quickly. We always had plenty of notice for inspections and always had a good chat with the owner Dale when he would come to inspect. We broke lease as we purchased a house and the team made it seamless for us to do so. They found replacement tenants quickly and processed our bond return promptly.

I find it gobsmacking to read that anyone could find a bad word to write about this Company !
I have never written a review of this type before but was compelled to after reading a couple of unfavourable reviews about Dale & his super team - surely these folks have mixed up their Real Estate Contacts.
Dale & his company have been buying, selling then managing my property portfolio of investment properties for almost 20 years now.
Not once in all my many dealings with Dale & his team have I had reason to question his advice or recommendations and certainly not their professional approach to business

I was a tenant for 2 years and throughout that time I found Cartwright Property Group to be professional and personable. I dealt mainly with Ben and Janet who were easy to communicate with on all occasions (by phone, email and in person). At the commencement and end of my tenancy when I had to visit Cartwright the receptionist was engaging, amicable and professional about sorting everything out for me. I can definitely recommend this real estate agency to prospective tenants based on my overall positive experience.
