Overall very bad experience renting through Elite. Very unprofessional and unfriendly and not polite at all . Did not take property maintenance requests seriously at all .
Spoke rudely to us all the time accusing us all the time . Not honest at all .they lie so much and they make things up .
JADE ARNOLD IS VERY BAD , she keeps screaming and talking above people whenever you try to explain anything to her after doing that she accuse you that you are the one who is not polite.

I rented a furnished townhouse unit at St Lucia manage by Elite team. It was great living experience for me as a tenant. The team did manage any issues that arise really well. The communication between the agent and the tenant was also good. The bond refund was processed soon after the tenancy ends. If you are looking for renting a furnished accommodation around St Lucia, please have a look for any rental advertisement by the Elite team.

Very bad service. They just want to reap you off. Stay away.
For landlords: They don't really care about your property. Don't inspect properties and have a poor reputation among tenants. This means (1) devaluing your property over time, and (2) harder to keep good tenants.
For tenants and students: They will try different things to take advantage of you. Please try to stay away from them as much as possible. Seek help from university or community services when they try to take advantage of you.
