For once there is a company that drives a tow truck that is NOT run by scumbags. These guys are so nice and didn't mind waiting a little bit for me to settle things before loading the car onto the truck. Very polite and casual, and gave me more than others wanted to give. We were so grateful for them in a time where we really needed a break.

I just spoke to a gentleman and asked for a certain part that he didn’t believe they had however, he checked anyway. He came back on the phone and said unfortunately they didn’t have any at this time but he gave me other resources or references. It’s so hard to find great customer service these days. After calling several other companies & getting "no-shows", no return calls, rediculously low ball offers, I called these guys.
Right away, they gave me a flat offer, which was "'DOUBLE" from everyone else. Within an hour, they were here! They were extremely courteous, fast & no negotiating. 5 minutes, they were loaded up & hauled her away :) Highly recommend them without a doubt!
