AquaBuddies makes swimming lessons memorable. We want children to walk away, having developed an essential life skill, life-long memories, and a love for the water! We offer a range of swimming lessons and programs for children of all ages across two Eastern Suburb locations. Weekly classes and Holiday Swim Intensive Programs are held at private pools in both North Bondi, and now Coogee.

Just to let you know, Pearl has been so apprehensive about swimming lessons (difficult to even get her to go and participate) prior to her class yesterday. She absolutely loved her lesson with Helen and it was amazing to see her involved and enjoying it!

Services
We are a team of like minded people that are industry qualified and maintain a high level of training and development. This includes up to date CPR & First Aid certificate. All of the AquaBuddies are required to complete a number of hours at the Wairoa school pool before they can travel to people's homes.
Our Crab level is for complete beginners that are typically 3 years of age and toilet trained. This level focuses on water confidence and safety. It is a great introduction to our swim school regardless of whether your child has never had a swimming lesson or is transitioning from a parent/baby program.
Frogs are typically primary school aged children who have learnt the basics of freestyle and backstroke. At this level instructors help swimmers develop their breaststroke timing and introduce butterfly kick. At this level we have continue with stroke development and also increase the distances swum.
We group our swimmers according to swimming skill. If your child is over 3years of age we may ask you to come in for a free assessment so that we can place them into the correct level. Once we have determined your child's swimming level we will be able to indicate our availability based on the current school term calendar.
